Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for services provided by Allied Consultants. If you have signed an engagement letter or service agreement with us, the terms in that agreement apply and take priority over this page.
Free consultations
Our initial consultation is free. If you need to move or cancel it, simply reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. There is no charge for cancelling a free consultation.
Monthly services
Bookkeeping, financial reporting, fractional CFO, and inventory management services are usually billed monthly. You may cancel a monthly engagement by giving us 30 days written notice by email. We will complete the work for the current period, hand over your records and files, and stop billing after the notice period ends. Fees already paid for work performed during a month are not refundable.
Project based services
Catch up and cleanup bookkeeping, quality of earnings reports, valuations, and other project work are quoted with a fixed fee or estimate. If a project is cancelled before work starts, any deposit is refunded in full. If a project is cancelled after work starts, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date and we refund any amount paid beyond that, along with delivering the work completed so far.
Service concerns
If you are not satisfied with something we delivered, please tell us within 30 days. We will review it with you and, where the work did not meet the agreed scope, correct it at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss a fair partial refund or credit.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may add a few days.
Cancellation by us
We may end an engagement if fees remain unpaid, required information is not provided, or continuing would conflict with professional or legal obligations. We will give reasonable notice where possible and refund any prepaid fees for work not yet performed.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
